Kadai fish is a delicious spicy North Indian dish with fish. It is simple and easy to prepare within 15 minutes but tastes great. Flavor of kasurimethi brings a special aroma to the dish. It can be prepared with very few ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Fish: 250 g ( fish like kingfish and all)
  2. Onion: 1
  3. Tomato: 2
  4. Ginger: 1 small piece
  5. Garlic: 4 cloves
  6. Chilly powder: 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder: 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder: 1 tbs
  9. Kasuri methi: 2 tbs
  10. Coriander leaves: 2 tbs
  11. Salt: to taste
  12. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cut ginger and garlic into finely small pieces and are sauted in little oil.
  • Now saute chopped onion in it.
  • Next we have to add tomato pieces and saute till it mashes well.
  • Now add chilly and coriander powder along with salt and fish pieces( cut the fish into small pieces), mix well and cook in low flame with closed lid.
  • Stir on intervals carefully not to powder the fish pieces.
  • Add coriander leaves, kasuri methi and garam masala powder , mix carefully and turn off the flame.
Delicious Kadai Fish is ready, serve hot
