INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Dates: 250 g
- Cashew: 50 g
- Raisins: 50 g
- Egg:1
- Bread crumbs: 1/2-3/4 cup
- Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Remove seeds of dates and grind it using mixer without water.
- Now mix dates, cashew and raisins.
- Convert them into any shape you wish.
- Beat a egg in a bowl, roll the cutlets in it.
- Now roll it in bread crumbs and fry it in boiling oil.
- If there is excess breadcrumbs and egg, you can prepare bread cutlet.
Delicious sweet and soft Dates cutlet is ready. serve with a cup of tea
