Dates cutlet

Dates cutlet are sweet and healthy snack . Dates have many nutritional values, its intake have many health benefits. Here we  uses no additional sugar, thus its more healthy. It is a sweet combination of dates , cashews and raisins.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Dates: 250 g
  2. Cashew: 50 g
  3. Raisins: 50 g
  4. Egg:1
  5. Bread crumbs: 1/2-3/4 cup
  6. Oil: for frying

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Remove seeds of  dates and grind it using mixer without water.
  • Now mix dates, cashew and raisins.  
  • Convert them into any shape you wish.
  • Beat a egg in a bowl, roll the cutlets in it.
  • Now roll it in bread crumbs and fry it in boiling oil.
  • If there is excess breadcrumbs and egg, you can prepare bread cutlet.

  Delicious sweet and soft Dates cutlet is ready. serve with a cup of tea
