Banana Pancake

Bananas are healthy and lovely fruit available in all seasons. It have many nutritional  values. Here comes a simple pancake recipe with banana combining with egg and sweetened with sugar. As main ingredients of this recipe are egg and banana, it is a healthy snack for all age groups especially kids. It can easily prepared within 15 minutes.

Banana Pancake

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Big banana: 2
  2. Egg: 4
  3. Sugar: 3-4 tbs
  4. Baking powder: 1/4 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp
  6. Ghee:2 tsp
  7. Cashew: 2 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Blend banana, egg, sugar, cardamom powder and baking powder all together in a mixer grinder to a smooth batter.
  • Heat a thick-bottomed non-stick pan and melt ghee in it.
  • Pour the prepared batter to it and cook in low flame with closed lid.
  • When it is half cooked, garnish the top with cashew( raw or roasted).
  • When it is about to done(top part thickens), flip to other side .
  • Allow it to cook for almost 4-5 minutes and turn of the flame.
Yummy and healthy banana cake is ready. Consume with a cup of tea or any time.
