Avocado is a delicious fleshy seasonal fruit which have many health benefits. Its intake benefits weight gain but are also helpful to destroy bad fat or cholesterol. It can be eaten alone or by preparing shake or dessert. Here comes a simple and quick but tasty recipe for avocado pudding.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Avocado: 2(ripened)
- Milk: 2 cup
- Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
- China-grass: 5 g
- Almond: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: if needed
- Soak china-grass in little water.
- Cut off the avocado into two, remove its seed and take out the flesh from it.
- Blend it to pulp with 1-2 tbs sugar.
- Melt china-grass in low flame.
- Meanwhile boil milk and condensed milk together in a saucepan.
- When it starts boiling, add melted china-grass and stir till it combines with milk mixture, turn off the flame.
- Now mix the avocado pulp with this.
- Stir to combine well.
- Cut almonds into small pieces,( You can either peel out the almonds or use it as itself ), mix it with the pudding, .
- Pour the pudding into pudding bowl, allow it to cool and refrigerate.
