Panna cotta is an Italian dessert prepared with cream which is sweetened and are thickened with gelatin. These thickened cream are moulded in small ramkins and are demoulded after it set , are served with any flavored sweet sauce of our choice. Here i uses strawberry sauce with bitable strawberry pieces.

- Fresh / Thick cream: 1&1/4 cup
- Milk: 1/4 cup
- Gelatin: 1&1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence: 3/4 tsp
- Sugar: 1/4 cup( adjust as per your taste)
- Strawberry chopped: 1 cup
- Sugar: 2-3 tbs
- Water: 2-3 tbs
- Cornflour: 1/2 tbs
- Lime juice: 1/2 tsp
- Soak gelatin in cold milk for 5-10 minute, and melt by double-boiling method. You can also microwave it for 30 seconds.
- Heat sugar and cream in low flame.
- Remove it from flame before boiling and mix melted gelatin with it.
- Also add vanilla essence.
- Pour it into small ramkins and refrigerate over-night or a minimum of 4 hours.
- Before serving, take out the ramkins and dip them in warm water for 2-3 seconds , rum knife through the sides and demould to a serving dish.
- Put chopped strawberries, 2-3 tbs sugar and water in a sauce pan and boil it.
- Dissolve cornflour in little water and pour it to the boiling strawberry mixture and mix well.
- Also add lime juice to it.
- When it thickens, turn of the flame.
