Apple and pomegranate are two healthy fruits having many nutritional benefits. A smoothie with the combination of both is more tastier and healthier. Addition of yogurt while preparing smoothie brings more nutrition to the drink. It is healthy more all age categories.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Pomegranate: 1
- Apple: 1
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Sugar / honey: 2 tbs(optional )
- Separate pomegranate seeds from its peel.
- Blend it with little milk by preserving little for garnishing.
- Now peel off the apple, cut and add to above mixer jar.
- Add yogurt and sugar(or honey, adjust according to your taste)
- Blend it again to get a fine smoothie.
