Ice-creams are wonderful choice of desserts. There are different varieties of ice-creams with many flavors and are also enriched with different sauces. We can easily prepare ice-creams from home with few ingredients. Our preparations will be more healthy than ready-made. I have varieties of ice-cream recipe. Here First we prepare vanilla ice-cream and are enriched with rich chocolaty Mocca sauce.

- Milk: 2 cup
- Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup
- Cornflour: 1 tbs
- Egg: 2
- Cream: 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
- Water: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder: 1 tbs
- Cornflour: 1 tbs
- Instant coffee powder: 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence: 1/4 tsp
- Salt: a pinch
- Separate egg yolk and white.
- Beat egg yolk using spoon.
- Mix it with 1 tbs cornflour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk .
- Add remaining milk to this mixture , mix well and cook it in double-boiling method.
- Stir in intervals till it reaches custard consistency.
- Take out from the flame and mix 1/2 tsp vanilla essence with it and allow it to cool.
- Beat cream till it foams well and mix it with the prepared mixture.
- Now beat egg white to produce foam and fold it with the above mixture.
- Place it in freezer till it sets half, about 2-3 hours.
- Take out and beat with an egg beater.
- Cover the bowl and place again in freezer till it sets.
- Boil 3/4 cup water and add sugar to it.
- Stir till sugar melts completely and allow it to boil 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Mix 1 tbs cocoa powder, 1 tbs cornflour, and a pinch of salt in 1/4 cup water without any lump and pour to the hot sugar syrup.
- Mix well and cook it in low flame by continuous stirring till it thickens.
- Turn off the flame and mix instant coffee powder and vanilla essence. mix well.
Add 2-3 scoops of ice-cream in a bowl and pour mocca sauce over it.
