Stuffed Paratta

Stuffed paratta is delicious roti recipe in which roti is stuffed with prepared potato-green gram masala. Here we uses wheat flour for preparation, hence it is considered healthy too. It doesn't require any gravy , we can just consume it with curd alone.
Stuffed Paratta

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Wheat flour: 1 cup
  2. Potato: 1
  3. Green gram: 2-3 tbs
  4. Green chilly: 1
  5. Grated ginger: a pinch
  6. Chilly powder: 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder: 1/4 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
  9. Salt: to taste
  10. vegetable oil: as required.
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour with required salt as we prepare for chappathi.
  • Cook and mash potato and green gram.
  • Finely chop green-chilly into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil well to get the stuff ready.
  • Now prepare 4 balls with the dough and roll it into a little bit thicker chappathi.
  • Now place little stuff in the middle and cover it from four sides by folding.
  • Again roll it slowly.
  • Heat a pan, Add little oil and cook both sides of parathas.
Stuffed parathas are ready. Serve hot.
