Mousse Pudding

Mousse pudding is a delicious pudding recipe with topping of delightful combination of  mixed fruit pieces with a combined flavor of  honey ,mint, and cinnamon. We can use any fruit of that season or use dry fruits instead, It is a simple pudding recipe but are yummy and colorful.

Mousse Pudding

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Milk: 2 cup
  2. Condensed milk: 1 tin ( adjust to your taste.)
  3. China grass: 8- 10 g
  4. Sugar: 5-6 tbs (optional)
  5. Mixed fruit pieces: 1&1/2- 2 cup
  6. Lime juice: 2 tbs
  7. Honey: 2 tbs
  8. Mint leaves: 2-3
  9. Cinnamon powder: a pinch.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Cut the china grass into small pieces and soak in water that covers it
  • Melt china grass in low flame.
  • Boil milk and condensed milk in a sauce pan by continuous stirring.
  • When  milk starts boiling pour melted china grass through a sieve and mix well
  • Cook till china grass combines well with milk mixture.
  • Turn off the flame and pour it to pudding tray or small dessert dishes or glasses, allow it to set.
  • Mix fruit pieces with honey, lime juice, crushed mint leaves and cinnamon powder and refrigerate it to cool.
  • Remove the mint leaves just before serving and layer it above the pudding.
Yummy and colorful Mousse pudding is ready, serve chilled.
