Mousse pudding is a delicious pudding recipe with topping of delightful combination of mixed fruit pieces with a combined flavor of honey ,mint, and cinnamon. We can use any fruit of that season or use dry fruits instead, It is a simple pudding recipe but are yummy and colorful.

- Milk: 2 cup
- Condensed milk: 1 tin ( adjust to your taste.)
- China grass: 8- 10 g
- Sugar: 5-6 tbs (optional)
- Mixed fruit pieces: 1&1/2- 2 cup
- Lime juice: 2 tbs
- Honey: 2 tbs
- Mint leaves: 2-3
- Cinnamon powder: a pinch.
- Cut the china grass into small pieces and soak in water that covers it
- Melt china grass in low flame.
- Boil milk and condensed milk in a sauce pan by continuous stirring.
- When milk starts boiling pour melted china grass through a sieve and mix well
- Cook till china grass combines well with milk mixture.
- Turn off the flame and pour it to pudding tray or small dessert dishes or glasses, allow it to set.
- Mix fruit pieces with honey, lime juice, crushed mint leaves and cinnamon powder and refrigerate it to cool.
- Remove the mint leaves just before serving and layer it above the pudding.
Yummy and colorful Mousse pudding is ready, serve chilled.
