Beef is a delicious non- vegetarian dish which can be prepared in varieties. Here comes a spicy and delicious beef fry, in which beef pieces are first cooked and are minsed or crushed with the help of a mixer jar before frying it. Its really mouth-watering and spicy too.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Beef: 250 g
- Meat masala: 1 tbs
- Turmeric powder: a pinch
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilly( roasted and crushed): 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped: 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves: 2 strings
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 2 tbs
- Cut the beef into pieces , wash and drain.
- Cook beef pieces with meat masala, turmeric powder, salt and little water in a pressure cooker.(it takes almost 20 minutes in low flame after first whistle )
- Take it off the pieces and give a crush using mixer jar without water.
- Heat a pan, add oil and splutter mustard seeds in oil.
- Now add crushed red chilly, ginger, pepper powder and curry leaves and stir well.
- Then add the crushed beef and fry in low flame.
