Idiyirachi / Minced Beef Fry

Beef is a delicious non- vegetarian dish which can be prepared in varieties. Here comes a spicy and delicious beef fry, in which beef pieces are first cooked  and are minsed or crushed with the help of a mixer jar before frying it. Its really mouth-watering and spicy too.

Idiyirachi / Minsed Beef Fry

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Beef: 250 g
  2. Meat masala: 1 tbs
  3. Turmeric powder: a pinch
  4. Pepper powder: 1 tsp
  5. Crushed red chilly( roasted and crushed): 1 tsp
  6. Ginger chopped: 1 tsp
  7. Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
  8. Curry leaves: 2 strings
  9. Salt: to taste
  10. Oil: 2 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cut the beef into pieces , wash and drain.
  • Cook beef pieces with meat masala, turmeric powder, salt and little water in a pressure cooker.(it takes almost 20 minutes in low flame after first whistle )
  • Take it off the pieces and give a crush using mixer jar without water.
  • Heat a pan, add oil and splutter mustard seeds in oil.
  • Now add crushed red chilly, ginger, pepper powder and curry leaves and stir well.
  • Then add the crushed beef and fry in low flame.
Delicious Idiyirachi or crushed/ minsed beef fry is ready. Enjoy its marvelous taste.
