Prawn are most consuming seafood. Different varieties of dishes are prepared using prawns. Here is a variety recipe for prawn roast. We first fry the prawns with egg and pepper powder and are mixed with roast masala. It is a simple recipe with a variety.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Prawn(big): 20
- Egg: 1
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Onion chopped: 1 cup
- Tomato: 2
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Roasted sesame seeds: 2 tsp(optional)
- Coriander leaves: little
- Salt: to taste
- Beat egg with pepper powder and salt using a spoon.
- Marinate the prawns with beaten egg mix for 10-15 minutes
- Fry the marinated prawns with little oil.
- In another pan, add 3 tbs of oil and boil.
- Saute chopped onions in it till it reaches transparent.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till the oil seems clear.
- Then add chilly, coriander and turmeric powders and saute well.
- Next add chopped tomatoes and salt and mix well.
- When the tomatoes cooked well, add the fried prawns in it and mix well.
- Spread coriander leaves and roasted sesame seeds and turn off the flame.
