Bakarkhani Recipe



Bakarkhani is a sweet crunchy snack prepared with puff pastry. It is a simple recipe with feww ingredients but tastes well. We can prepare it within a few minutes for our tea or for lunch box snack for our kids. Children surely loves it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Puff Pastry: 1 small packet
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Sugar: 1/4 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Keep the puff pastry in room temperature for 1-2 hours.
  • Roll it into thin sheets
  • Cut it into long strips.
  • Now roll it in a way as we do for paratta.
  • Give a slight press by your hand.
  • Beat a egg using a spoon.
  • Roll the prepared puff pastry balls in egg.
  • Then roll it over the sugar crystals.
  • Repeat the steps for each balls.
  • Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 10-15 minutes or till it turns golden brown color.
Delicious crunchy Bakarkhani is ready. Have a try on it for your family.
