Thabool Recipe


Thabool is an arabic salad which is healthy to consume. It can be consumed with any dish. The ingredients used are of nutritional rich, hence the consumption of salad is more nutritious. Wheat, parsley, olive oil , all have a great nutrition content.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Broken wheat: 1/2 cup
  2. Parsley: 3 cup
  3. Tomato: 3
  4. Spring onion: 1 cup(chopped)
  5. Olive oil: 1/2 cup
  6. Lime juice: 1/2 cup
  7. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak broken wheat in boiled water for 10 minutes.
  • Finely chop parsley, tomato and spring onion.
  • Mix chopped ingredients in a bowl.
  • Drain the excess water of broken wheat and add them to the bowl having chopped items.
  • Mix them well.
  • Mix olive oil, lime juice and salt in another bowl and pour over the mixture.
  • Mix well and serve.
Delicious and healthy salad Thabool is ready.
