Beef is one of the lovable dish among non-vegetarian. Dishes with beef are very delicious and are unavoidable for most of us. A fry with little spicy makes it more delicious and lovable.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Beef: 1 kg
- Chilly powder flakes: 5 tbs(or use chilly powder)
- Turmeric powder: 2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Ginger-garlic paste:2 tbs
- Curry leaves: 2 strings
- Pepper powder:2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
- Cut the beef into small pieces.
- Wash and drain its water.
- Heat a cooker, add beef, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilly powder flakes(roast red chilly and crush it into flakes using a mixer jar, don't make it fine powder, it gives better taste than fine chilly powder) and salt.
- Mix well and cook. Cook or 20 minutes in low flame after first whistle.
- No need of adding water.
- After cooking, if water remains, cook till it drains and chilly masala coats well in beef pieces.
- Turn off the flame and mix ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves well to cooked beef.
- Then fry it in little oil.
