Beef Fry Recipe



Beef is one of the lovable dish among non-vegetarian. Dishes with beef are very delicious and are unavoidable for most of us. A fry with little spicy makes it more delicious and lovable.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Beef: 1 kg
  2. Chilly powder flakes: 5 tbs(or use chilly powder)
  3. Turmeric powder: 2 tsp
  4. Salt: to taste
  5. Ginger-garlic paste:2 tbs
  6. Curry leaves: 2 strings
  7. Pepper powder:2 tsp
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cut the beef into small pieces.
  • Wash and drain its water.
  • Heat a cooker, add beef, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilly powder flakes(roast red chilly and crush it into flakes using a mixer jar, don't make it fine powder, it gives better taste than fine chilly powder) and salt.
  • Mix well and cook. Cook or 20 minutes in low flame after first whistle.
  • No need of adding water.
  • After cooking, if water remains, cook till it drains and chilly masala coats well in beef pieces.
  • Turn off the flame and mix ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves well to cooked beef.
  • Then fry it in little oil.
Delicious spicy Beef fry is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with any dish,.
