Chicken Fry Recipe



Chicken preparations are most lovable and common non vegetarian food item. Chicken fry is the most delicious among chicken preparations. Here comes a delicious and simple chicken fry recipe. Most of us loves to eat chicken fry alone.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Chicken: 1 kg
  2. Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbs
  3. Kashmiri chilly powder: 4 tbs
  4. Turmeric powder: 2 tsp
  5. Vinegar: 5 tbs
  6. Cornflour: 2 tbs
  7. Kasuri methi(dried fenugreek leaves): 2 tsp(optional gives good flavor)
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Oil: for frying
  10. Curry leaves: 2-3 strings
METHOD OF PREPARATION

    • Clean and drain the chicken pieces.
    • When it drains, place the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, kashmiri chilly powder( it brings red color),turmeric powder, vinegar, cornflour and salt and mix well.
    • Crush kasuri methi using hand and mix with the marinated chicken.
    • Keep it aside for 1-2 hours to help the chicken pieces to absorb the masala.
    • Also add the chopped curry leaves and mix well.
    • Fry it in hot oil.
    Delicious, mouth-watering Chicken fry is ready. Garnish and serve hot.
