Chicken preparations are most lovable and common non vegetarian food item. Chicken fry is the most delicious among chicken preparations. Here comes a delicious and simple chicken fry recipe. Most of us loves to eat chicken fry alone.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Chicken: 1 kg
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbs
- Kashmiri chilly powder: 4 tbs
- Turmeric powder: 2 tsp
- Vinegar: 5 tbs
- Cornflour: 2 tbs
- Kasuri methi(dried fenugreek leaves): 2 tsp(optional gives good flavor)
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
- Curry leaves: 2-3 strings
- Clean and drain the chicken pieces.
- When it drains, place the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, kashmiri chilly powder( it brings red color),turmeric powder, vinegar, cornflour and salt and mix well.
- Crush kasuri methi using hand and mix with the marinated chicken.
- Keep it aside for 1-2 hours to help the chicken pieces to absorb the masala.
- Also add the chopped curry leaves and mix well.
- Fry it in hot oil.
Delicious, mouth-watering Chicken fry is ready. Garnish and serve hot.
