Cashew Dates Shake Recipe


Dry fruits are rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Especially dates and cashews have a rich collection of iron and vitamins which helps especially the growth of kids. It is a healthy shake that any one can consume with few ingredients and are lovable too.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Dates: 10-15
  2. Cashew: 1/2 cup
  3. Milk: 1& 1/2- 2 cups
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak cashews and dates (seeds are removed) for 1-2 hours.
  • Put the soaked cashews and dates along with milk in juicer and prepare juice.
  • If you want more sweet add sugar or honey according to your taste.
  • I use none of this as dates itself provide sweetness to shake.
Delicious and healthy Cashew dates shake is ready.
