Apple is a delicious crunchy fruit with many nutritional facts. A apple a day keeps doctor away. Everyone loves to eat apple especially our kids. Here is a pudding recipe with apple. It is soft, delicious and lovely. You can convert it into crunchy pudding by adding finely chopped apple pieces.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Apple: 2 large
- Milk: 500 ml
- Condensed milk: 1/3 of tin
- China grass: 6 g
- Peel of the apple and puree it by reserving 1/4 of one aside. If you want, you can add little milk.
- Boil milk and condensed milk in a pan. If you want more sweet, add little more condensed milk or sugar.
- Soak the chinagrass with 3/4 cup of water and melt it in another pan.
- When the milk starts boiling, add the apple puree and mix well. No need of boiling.
- Then add melted chinagrass and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Pour it into a pudding bowl and add the finely chopped apple pieces.
- Allow it to cool and set.
- Refrigerate it when it reaches room temperature.
Delicious apple pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
