Apple is a crunchy and fleshy fruit which has many nutritional value. These fruits are lovable, delicious and are considered as a healthy dish. Here comes a recipe of jam with apple which tastes delicious with the crunchiness of apple pieces.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Apple: 5
- Sugar: 2 cup
- Lemon: half of one
- Peel off the apples and chop it into small pieces.
- Take the apple pieces in a large bowl, add sugar and lemon juice of half lemon.
- Place it in refrigerator for 3 hour.
- After three hours, cook the mixture for 15-20 minutes in medium flame or till apple color changes by stirring in intervals.
- Turn off the flame and it to cool.
- Store it in air-tight container and refrigerate it for further use.
