Orange Pudding Recipe


Orange is citrus family fruit rich in vital antioxidants, vitamins especially vitamin c and are low fat and cholesterol. Here is a dessert recipe with orange Which contains no artificial ingredients, so healthy for everyone especially our kids. This recipe is rich with egg, milk, coconut milk, etc and are delicious too.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Orange(flesh): 1 cup
  2. Bread (soaked in water): 1/2 cup
  3. Egg: 1
  4. Milk: 1/2 cup
  5. Coconut milk: 1/2 cup
  6. Sugar: 3/4- 1 cup
  7. All purpose flour: 1 tbs
  8. Butter: 1 tbs
  9. Orange skin grated:1/2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Oranges are peeled off and only fleshes are taken.
  • Mix orange, soaked bread, egg, milk, coconut milk, sugar, all purpose flour, grated orange skin together using a mixer jar.
  • Brush butter on a tray and pour this mixture into it.
  • Place the tray on a steamer and steam it for 25-30 minutes.
  • When it cools, refrigerate it for 1-2 hrs.
  • Garnish it with orange or its flesh and serve chilled.
    Yummy orange pudding is ready. It is simple, easy and tasty, lets have a try on it.
