Peanuts are rich in essential nutrients. It's daily intake has many nutritional benefits. Here comes a quick, easy and healthy snack recipe with those peanuts. It is healthy for any age people and awesome to have a bite.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Raw Peanuts: 1/2 kg
- Gram / besan flour: 5 tbs
- Rice powder: 3 tbs
- Garlic: 8-10 cloves
- Ginger: 1/2 inch
- Green chilly: 1
- Chilly powder: 1 tbs
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida: 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves: 2-3 strings
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 2tbs plus for deep frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Take a bowl and mix besan flour, rice flour, chilly Powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida,salt.
- Grind garlic, finder and green chilly to smooth paste and combine with above mixture.
- Chop curry leaves into small pieces and add to the bowl
- Now add raw Peanuts to it and mix it well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When it's hot, add 2 tbs to the mixing bowl and combine well.
- Add little by little water to the bowl to form a thick batter to coat the peanuts. Donot add more water.
- Add the coated peanuts to oil in batches and fry them in low flame till crispy.
- Donot fry in high flame, which will not cook inner part.
Awesome, healthy and spicy masala peanuts are ready. Cool and store in airtight container.
