Coconut Crepe Rolls

Coconut Crepe rolls are delicious sweet breakfast or teatime dish prepared with rice crepes filled with sweet coconut mixture. A simple, easy , quick and healthy recipe that everyone especially our kids will enjoy eating. Give a try upon it for kids tiffin box too.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. White rice: 1 cup
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Coconut: 1 
  4. Sugar: 1/2-3/4 cup( add to your sweetness)
  5. Ghee: 1 tbs
  6. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Wash and soak white rice for 3-4 hours.
  • Grind it along with egg and water to get smooth thin batter that of dosa.
  • Add required salt.
  • Heat a pan with ghee and roast coconut along with sugar.
  • Roast till sugar melts and combines with coconut well.
  • Now heat a nonstick pan, pour a laddle of batter, roll the pan to get thin round crepes.
  • Remove if excess batter remains in pan.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes and take out from pan.
  • Now place some coconut filling on one side of Crepe and roll the Crepe.
  • Repeat the step for remaining batter and coconut filling.
Simply awesome Coconut Crepe rolls are ready. Try and enjoy eating.
