- Samosa sheets: 15-20
- Shredded chicken: 3/4 cup(cooked with salt,turmeric and pepper powder and shredded)
- Onion: 3
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 TBS
- Green chilly: 2-3(pasted)
- Chicken masala: 1/2 TSP
- Garam masala: 1/2 TSP
- Pepper powder: 1/2 TSP( optional)
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 TSP
- Coriander leaves: little
- Salt : to taste
- Oil: for deep frying+2-3 tbs
- All purpose flour:2 TBS
- Heat 2-3 TBS of oil in a pan and saute onion till it softens and turns it's color to lightly brownish.
- Now add ginger-garlic and green chilly paste and saute till it's raw smell escapes.
- Now add all masala powders and salt and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and coriander leaves and stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from flame.
- Now take a triangular Samosa sheet and fold it to get a cone shape(as shown in picture)and gum it with all-purpose flour paste( mix all purpose flour in little water to get thick paste).
- Now fill the cone with chicken masala and seal it with the help of flour paste.
- Repeat the steps for remaining sheets and masala.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the samosas to golden brown.
