Chicken Egg Cutlet

Cutlets are lovely snack that we are preparing usually. Here comes a little twist in it. Usually we use chicken, mutton, beef ,egg or vegetables for preparation. But here we used scrambled egg along with chicken masala which brings out an extra taste. Give a try upon it.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION 
  1. Chicken: 1/4 kg
  2. Potato: 1/4 kg
  3. Egg: 6
  4. Onion: 4
  5. Green chilly: 4
  6. Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tsp
  7. Chilly powder: 2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  9. Pepper powder: 1 tsp
  10. Rusk powder or bread crumbs: 1 cup
  11. Salt: to taste
  12. Oil: for frying 
METHOD OF PREPARATION 
  • Cook chicken with 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  • When it gets cooked, remove it's bone and mince.
  • Heat a pan with little oil and saute chopped onion in it.
  • When it turns soft, add ginger-garlic,green chilly paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder and saute for another 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken mince to it , stir mix and remove from fire.
  • Cook potatoes with little salt. 
  • Peel off, mash and combine it with chicken masala mixture.
  • Beat 4 eggs with little salt and pepper powder and cook by scrambling it.
  • Mix these egg scrambles with above Cutlet mix and shape into small cutlets.
  • Beat remaining 2 eggs and dip each Cutlet in it.
  • Roll it over rusk powder or bread crumbs and fry them to golden brown in hot oil.
Delicious Chicken Egg Cutlet is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
