Urad dal Dosa is a delicious soft dosa recipe mostly prepared for breakfast. Soaked urad dal is ground with soaked rice and boiled rice and are kept for fermentation of 6-8 hours or overnight before preparing dosa. It is really lovely and simple goes well with chutney, sambhar or any gravy, give a try on it.

- White rice: 1 cup
- Boiled Rice: !/2 cup
- Urad dal: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Soak white rice and urad dal for atleast 2-3 hours.
- Add then to a juicer jar along with half cup of boiled rice and grind it to a smooth batter with the addition of little water. Donot add more water while grinding.
- Keep aside in a closed container for 6-8 hours or overnight for fermentation.
- Before preparing dosa, add required salt and mix well.
- Heat a pan , add a laddle of batter and roll the laddle over it to spread the batter uniformly throughout the tawa to get thin dosa.
- Cook it for 1-2 minutes or till batter dries and cooks well.
- Take out from the pan.
- Repeat the steps for whole batter.
