Mixed Vegetable Pakoras

Pakoras are lovely teatime snack that we love to have mostly. Here comes a wonderful pakora with a mixture of vegetables, hence they are more healthy and nutritious than other.  It is simple ,easy, and quick recipe. We just mixed grated vegetables with all purpose flour and are seasoned, then are fried into pakoras. Give a try on this awesome  Indian snack recipe.

Mixed Vegetable Pakoras

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Carrot(grated): 3/4 cup
  2. Cabbage(grated): 1/4 cup
  3. Beans(chopped): 1/4 cup
  4. Onion(chopped):3/4 cup
  5. Green chilly(chopped):2
  6. Ginger(chopped): 1 tbs
  7. All purpose flour: 1 cup
  8. Chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt: to taste
  11. Oil: 3 tbs + for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Add all chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  • Add all purpose flour, chilly powder, garam masala powder salt to it and toss well to mix.
  • Now pour 3 tbs of hot oil and knead well to have dough.
  • Take little from that, make into any shape.
  • Do it for whole dough and fry them in hot oil till golden and crispy.

Delicious Mixed vegetable Pakoras are ready. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
