Mango Pudding

Mango is a lovely seasonal fruit that everyone loves. Here comes a delicious, creamy pudding with mango. While preparing pudding we have to choose mangoes with bright color and odor which brings out a lovely pudding with nice color and smell.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Mango: 1 large
  2. Milk: 2 cups
  3. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  4. Sugar: 4-5 tbs
  5. China-grass: 5 g
  6. Whipped cream: 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Soak china-grass in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes and melt it in low flame.
  • Peel off mango and puree it. You can reserve little mango pieces for topping if you want.
  • Add condensed milk and whipped cream to the blender with mango puree and run to blend everything together. you can use fresh or thick cream instead of whipped cream.
  • Meanwhile boil milk with sugar in a saucepan. You can adjust sugar addition.
  • When milk starts boiling, add melted china-grass ,stir and cook till it get combines with milk.
  • Allow it to cool little and slowly mix mango mix with it.
  • Pour to a pudding tray and refrigerate to cool.
Delicious mouth-watering Mango pudding is ready. Serve with any topping of your choice. I used roasted nuts.
