- Guava: 1
- Mango: 1 piece
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar: 3 tsp
- Freeze 3/4 cup milk
- Peel off guava and mango and cut into pieces.
- Now add mango and guava pieces, frozen milk, sugar and blend along with remaining milk to a lovely smoothie.
- Adjust sugar to your taste.
