Praline Chocolate

Chocolates are lovely sweets loved by everyone, especially our kids. There are lots of varieties available now a days in market. Also we used to prepare varieties of  chocolate from home itself. I have some such delicious homemade chocolate recipes, If you wish have those, click on chocolates. Here comes a delicious chocolate recipe named "Praline Chocolate"with the combination of cooking chocolate with praline powder. Praline powder is prepared with powdering cashews with caramelized sugar crystals. Presence of cashew brings a extra taste to the chocolate.


Praline Chocolate

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Cooking Chocolate: 250 g
  2. Butter: 1 tbs
  3. Sugar: 2 tbs
  4. Cashew: 25-30 g
  5. Paper cups: as needed
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Let us prepare praline powder first.
  • Grease a tray with little butter.
  • Melt half tsp of butter in a pan and caramelize sugar in it.
  • Mix cashew pieces with it and turn off the flame.
  • Pour it to the greased tray and allow it to cool.
  • Now we will get a layer resembling glass pieces.
  • Remove it from tray using a knife and crush it using a mixer jar.'
  • Now melt cooking chocolate along with remaining butter by double boiling method or using microwave
  • Stir well to combine butter and chocolate together.
  • Now place paper cups in a tray and add 1/2- 1 tsp of praline powder to it.
  • Pour melted chocolate over it and top it up with praline powder.
  • Refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes to get set.
Lovely Praline chocolates are ready, try it. Surely our kids will love it.
