Avocado is a lovely fleshy seasonal fruit. Carrot is most lovable among vegetables. Both have many health benefits as they are rich in nutrients. A shake with their combination brings a healthy drink which cools our body too. It tastes great, just have a try on it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Avocado: 1
- Carrot: 1
- Milk: 2 cup
- Chopped cashew: 2-3 tbs
- Sugar: as per our taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Peel off the carrot and cut into pieces. Cook it with little water.
- Allow it to cool and then blend with 1 cup milk and required sugar.
- Mix some nuts with it and refrigerate to cool.
- Cut avocado into 2 , remove its seed and take off the flesh from it.
- Put it in a blender and blend with 1 cup of milk and required sugar.
- Mix little nuts with it and refrigerate for cooling.
- Now Take two glasses, first pour half of avocado juice in each glass, then make a thin layer of chopped cashews.
- Now pour half of carrot juice over it.
- Note: 2 juices should be thick, then only we can layer it. Use cold milk.
