Double Layer Cooler / Avocado-Carrot Shake

Avocado is a lovely fleshy seasonal fruit. Carrot is most lovable among vegetables. Both have many health benefits as they are rich in nutrients. A shake with their combination brings a healthy drink which cools our body too. It tastes great, just have a try on it.


Double Layer Cooler / Avocado-Carrot Shake

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Avocado: 1
  2. Carrot: 1
  3. Milk: 2 cup
  4. Chopped cashew: 2-3 tbs
  5. Sugar: as per our taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Peel off the carrot and cut into pieces. Cook it with little water.
  • Allow it to cool and then blend with 1 cup milk and required sugar.
  • Mix some nuts with it and refrigerate to cool.
  • Cut avocado into 2 , remove its seed and take off the flesh from it.
  • Put it in a blender and blend with 1 cup of milk and required sugar.
  • Mix little nuts with it and refrigerate for cooling.
  • Now Take two glasses, first pour half of avocado juice in each glass, then make a thin layer of chopped cashews.
  • Now pour half of carrot juice over it.
  • Note: 2 juices should be thick, then only we can layer it. Use cold milk.
Lovely and healthy double layer cooler is ready, serve chilled with cashew pieces on top.
