Baked Apple Pudding

Apple is a delicious healthy fruit which have many nutritional values. It says "apple a day keeps doctor away". Here comes a healthy dessert or pudding recipe with egg and apple as main ingredient, but not adding any solidifying agent chinagrass or gelatin. Here we prepare pudding by baking on a microwave. Anyway its a delicious pudding. Give a try on it.

Baked Apple Pudding

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Egg: 4
  2. Apple: 3
  3. Condensed milk: 1 tin
  4. Milk: 1 &1/2 cup
  5. Sugar: 8 tbs
  6. lime juice: 1 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Separate egg white and egg yolk.
  • Boil milk.
  • Take egg yolk, condensed milk and milk in a bowl and beat well.
  • Pour it to a greased baking tray and place it in preheated oven 150 degree for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile chop the apples into small pieces after peeling its skin.
  • Take a pan, add apple pieces,5 tbs water, 3 tbs sugar, and 1 tbs lime and cook till water dries up in low flame.
  • After 30 minutes, take out the baking tray. The sides may get set while middle remains little watery.
  • Place cooked apple above the baked pudding.
  • Beat well egg white and remaining sugar and pour over the apple.
  • Bake again for 8-10 minutes in the oven.
Delicious Apple pudding is ready. serve chilled.
