Murg tikka masala is easy and delicious recipe among chicken recipes. It is really yummy and are not too spicy. First we marinate chicken pieces and are cooked with prepared masala gravy ,are enriched with the addition of cream. It is simple recipe with few common ingredients but have a variant taste.

- Chicken boneless: 500 g
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
- Curd: 2 tbs
- Lime juice: 1 tsp
- Red color(optional): little
- Salt: to taste
- Onion: 2 big
- Tomato: 5-6 big
- Ginger: 1 inch piece
- Garlic: 5-6 cloves
- Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
- Chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Cream: 2 tbs
- Oil: 4-5 tbs
- Salt: to taste
- Cut the chicken into 2 inch pieces.
- Marinate the pieces with ginger-garlic paste, curd, lime juice, red color and little salt and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Add 2 tbs of oil and add chicken pieces, cook in high flame for 2-3 minutes or till it dries up. Take out from oil.
- Add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic to the same oil and saute well .
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
- When it cools, grind it with chilly powder and garam masala powder to a smooth gravy.
- Heat a pan and boil remaining oil in it.
- Pour the ground gravy and cook till thickens a little.
- Add chicken pieces and cook in low flame with closed lid.
- When the chicken pieces cooked well, add cream and mix well.
- Cook for 1 minute and turn off the flame.
