INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Chocolate ice-cream mix: as shown in that link(or use ready-made 1/2- 1 L
- Ginger biscuit:1 cup powdered
- Butter: 3 tbs
- Powdered sugar: 3 tbs
- Cream: 1/2 cup
- Layer a cake tin with butter paper.
- Melt sugar and butter together in a pan.
- when it melts, turn off the flame and mix powdered biscuit with it, allow it to set.
- Now give a layer of this biscuit mixture above butter paper by adding 1/2-3/4 of the mixture, press it well.
- Just give a beat on ice-cream mixture and pour over the biscuit layer.
- You can you the half set ice-cream mixture.
- Slowly spread remaining biscuit above the ice-cream and keep it in refrigerator with lid closed.
- After it sets completely, demould the ice-cream crunch, garnish with cream and crushed biscuits as you wish.
