Our kids even we are addicted to chocolates. Most of us will forget their age infront of chocolates. There are some chocolate recipes which helps to prepare chocolates easily and with few ingredients from home. Some of them in my list are Chocolate rocks, Bounty Fondant, Butterscotch marcipan, Double layered chocolate, Chocolate toffee and so on. Let we check for the recipe of Chocolate Toffee.

- Drinking chocolate powder: 30 g
- Cocoa powder: 20 g
- Icing sugar / normal powdered sugar: 50 g
- Condensed milk: 200 g
- Butter: 30 g
- Liquid glucose: 1 tbs
- Vanilla essence: 1/4 tbs
- Sieve drinking chocolate, cocoa, sugar powders together to get well mixed.
- Heat a thick-bottomed non-stick pan, add butter and melt it.
- Now add condensed milk to it and stir for 5 minutes to get well combined.
- Now add sieved powder little by little and stir to get combined.
- At last add liquid glucose and stir continuously to combine for 5-10 minutes.
- When all the ingredients combined and reaches halwa consistency(come out from all sides without sticking) , turn off the flame.
- Allow it to cool for 20 minutes and add vanilla essence to it.
- Mix well and roll it into any shape of your taste .
- Allow it to set for 24 hours.
- When it sets, you can cover it using color papers.
