There are lots of delicious and mouth-watering chocolates. Let we try some among them. Here comes a delicious chocolate recipe with coconut filling. it is easily prepared within 10-15 minutes. Chocolate Roller Coaster Recipe


INGREDIENTS FOR THE PREPARATION
  1. Marie biscuit: 1 packet
  2. Drinking chocolate powder: 100 g
  3. Dessicated coconut powder: 2 cup
  4. Powdered sugar: 3 cup
  5. Milk: 1/2-1 cup
  6. Milk powder: 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Powder the biscuits using a mixer grinder.
  • Mix drinking chocolate powder and 2 cups of powdered sugar with the biscuit powder and knead it by adding milk little by little till it gives a dough like chappathi.
  • Divide it into four parts.
  • Now mix dessicated coconut, milk powder and 1 cup of powdered sugar together and add little milk to it and mix well to make it moist.
  • Never add more milk. Just give a moisture, its enough.
  • Divide this also into 4 parts.
  • Roll the chocolate dough like chappathi. Roll it Above a plastic sheet to avoid sticking.
  • Roll it till it reaches a little more thickness than chappathi.
  • Spread the coconut mixture over the rolled chocolate and roll it slowly to get chocolate rolls by covering the coconut filling.
  • Now allow it to set in freezer for 10 minutes by covering it with plastic sheet or aluminium foil.
  • Repeat same steps for remaining chocolate and coconut mixture.
  • Take out and cut into round pieces as we doing for swiss roll cakes.
