Puddings are lovable and unavoidable among the desserts during parties or special occasions. Puddings comes in different varieties with different ingredients. Here comes a variety recipe of pudding with a combination of plain biscuits, coffee and egg along with delicious fudge sauce. Its a delicious pudding with simple steps.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Marie biscuit( or any other plain biscuits): 200 g
- Milk: 3 cup
- Nescafe powder: 1 tsp
- Egg: 4
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- condensed milk: 1 tin
- Vanilla essence: 2 tsp
- Gelatin: 2 dessert spoon (20 g)
- Corn flour: 2 dessert spoon
- Lemon skin grated: 2 tsp
- Water: 1/2 cup
- Milk: 1 cup
- Cocoa powder: 1 dessert spoon
- Nescafe: 1 dessert spoon
- Butter: 50 g
- Cornflour: 2 tsp
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Boil 1 cup of milk. Turn off the flame.
- Mix 1 tsp nescafe, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence with hot milk.
- Break the biscuits into small pieces, dip into the above mixture.
- Place this in a pudding tray as a first layer.
- Separate egg white and yolk.
- Beat egg yolk with corn flour using a spoon.
- Heat a pan, pour milk and condensed milk and stir well to get mixed.
- To this add egg yolk- cornflour mix and stir continuously until it thickens and forms custard.
- You can follow double-boiling method for custard preparation or cook in low flame.
- Soak gelatin in little water and melt using double-boiling method.
- Add melted gelatin to prepared custard and stir well to get combined.
- Allow it to cool a little.
- Then add vanilla essence and grated lemon skin and mix well.
- Beat egg white using a egg beater till it foams well.
- Slowly fold the foamed egg white to the custard and pour it as a second layer in the pudding tray.
- Refrigerate and cool.
- Serve chilled with fudge sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients for fudge sauce with milk and cook by double-boiling method.
- Allow it to cool and pour above the pudding.
Delicious Snow white satin pudding is ready. Serve chilled with fudge sauce.
