Prawn Fry Recipe



Prawns comes first choice to most of the seafood lovers especially children. Here is a recipe for prawn fry with a little variety. Its a delicious recipe with few ingredients.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Prawns: 500 g
  2. Chilly powder: 1 tbs
  3. Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  4. Ginger: 1 piece
  5. Green chilly: 2
  6. Shallots / small onion: 2
  7. Curry leaves: 2 string
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Prepare a paste of chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt with little water.
  • Marinate cleaned prawns with this paste.
  • Keep it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan and boil little oil.
  • Fry the marinated prawns in it in low flame.
  • Lets watch for hearing the splitterring  of prawns,then  prawn fry is almost ready.
  • Now add chopped shallots, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves to it and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame.
Delicious Prawn fry is ready. Serve hot with any dish.
