Butter Pudding

Butter pudding is one of the yummiest pudding that is buttery, creamy that melts in our mouth. It's simply delicious that everyone loves.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Milk: 500 ml
  2. Butter: 75 g
  3. Custard powder: 1 TBS
  4. China grass: 8 g
  5. Egg: 1
  6. Bread slice: 2(remove side & crumble )
  7. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  8. Sugar: 2-3 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Boil milk (reserve 2 tbs) with condensed milk and sugar.
  • Mix custard powder with reserved milk.
  • Beat egg with a spoon in a bowl.
  • When milk start boiling, add in custard mix, crumbled bread, butter,beaten egg.
  • Stir continuously and allow it to boil.
  • Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
  • Meanwhile soak china grass and melt it.
  • Blend milk mix and china grass together and pour to a pudding tray or mould.
  • Refrigerate and allow it to set.
Yummy, smooth Butter pudding is ready. Try and enjoy the taste that melts in your mouth.
