Butter pudding is one of the yummiest pudding that is buttery, creamy that melts in our mouth. It's simply delicious that everyone loves.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Milk: 500 ml
- Butter: 75 g
- Custard powder: 1 TBS
- China grass: 8 g
- Egg: 1
- Bread slice: 2(remove side & crumble )
- Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
- Sugar: 2-3 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil milk (reserve 2 tbs) with condensed milk and sugar.
- Mix custard powder with reserved milk.
- Beat egg with a spoon in a bowl.
- When milk start boiling, add in custard mix, crumbled bread, butter,beaten egg.
- Stir continuously and allow it to boil.
- Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
- Meanwhile soak china grass and melt it.
- Blend milk mix and china grass together and pour to a pudding tray or mould.
- Refrigerate and allow it to set.
