Mutton Seekh Kebab

Kebabs are delicious and nowadays common and lovable throughout the world. Here comes a simple lovely recipe for seekh kebab using mutton mince. It is realky yummy and mouthwatering, give a try upon it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Mutton mince: 1/2 kg
  2. Onion: 1
  3. Ginger : 1/2 inch
  4. Garlic: 6-7 cloves
  5. Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
  7. Pepper powder: 3/4 tsp
  8. Cumin powder: 1/4 tsp
  9. Egg white: of 1
  10. Butter: 3 tbs
  11. Lemon juice: 1/2 tbs
  12. Bread crumbs: 1/4 cup
  13. Coriander eaves: 1&1/2 tbs
  14. Mint leaves: 1 tbs
  15. Salt: to taste
  16. Skewers: as needed
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak skewers in water for 10-20 minutes.
  • Take mutton mince, squeezeout its water and add to a blender or food processor.
  • Add ginger, garlic, green chilly, salt, coriander and mint leaves to blender and blend it along with mutton mince.
  • Transfer it to a mixing bowl and mix all spice powders and finely chopped onion with it.
  • Now combine 1&1/2 tbs butter, egg white and lemon juice with it.
  • Also mix bread crumbs with it. If the mutton mix is not sticky before adding crumbs, you can skip its addition if you wish.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Now place the mix in each skewers .
  • Heat a pan with butter and place skewers with mutton in it.
  • Cook till they get cook and get golden color by turning it at every 30-60 seconds in medium low flame.
