Coffee Bread Pudding

Bread pudding with coffee flavor brings out a lovely dessert . It can be prepared easily and quickly with few common ingredients. If you love coffee,give a try on this wonderful pudding recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Bread slices: 6-8(based on your pudding tray)
  2. Milk: 1/2 L + 1/2 cup
  3. Coffee powder: 1 TSP
  4. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  5. Sugar: 5-6 TBS
  6. China grass: 5 g
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Prepare coffee by boiling 1/2 cup milk with coffee powder and 2 TBS sugar.
  • Remove sides of bread and dip on coffee one by one.
  • Layer it on a pudding tray. You can make a single layer or double layer as you wish.
  • Cut China grass into small pieces, soak it in water for 10 minutes and melt by boiling.
  • Boil milk with condensed milk and required sugar.
  • When if starts boiling, add melted China grass and stir cook till it combines with milk.
  • Turn off the flame and allow it to cool little.
  • Add remaining coffee after dipping bread to milk mixture.
  • Pour it over bread layer ,allow it to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till it sets well.
  • Bread layer may come on top while adding milk mixture, so demould pudding to a tray after it sets completely.
  • Garnish the top with grated chocolate ,chocos or anything you loves.
  • Slice it and serve chilled.
