- Bread slices: 6-8(based on your pudding tray)
- Milk: 1/2 L + 1/2 cup
- Coffee powder: 1 TSP
- Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
- Sugar: 5-6 TBS
- China grass: 5 g
- Prepare coffee by boiling 1/2 cup milk with coffee powder and 2 TBS sugar.
- Remove sides of bread and dip on coffee one by one.
- Layer it on a pudding tray. You can make a single layer or double layer as you wish.
- Cut China grass into small pieces, soak it in water for 10 minutes and melt by boiling.
- Boil milk with condensed milk and required sugar.
- When if starts boiling, add melted China grass and stir cook till it combines with milk.
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool little.
- Add remaining coffee after dipping bread to milk mixture.
- Pour it over bread layer ,allow it to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till it sets well.
- Bread layer may come on top while adding milk mixture, so demould pudding to a tray after it sets completely.
- Garnish the top with grated chocolate ,chocos or anything you loves.
- Slice it and serve chilled.
