Shamam Pudding

Shamam is a delicious fruit  rich in vitamin A ,potassium and are of low calorie hence considered as diet fruit. Its juice is highly recommended on summer seasons. Here comes a delicious dessert recipe with shamam, "shamam pudding", a yummy and nutritious rich pudding recipe. Daily intake of shamam will reduce the risk of cataract.

Shamam Pudding

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Shamam: 2 small pieces.
  2. Milk: 500 ml
  3. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  4. China grass: 8 g
  5. Fresh cream: 100 ml
  6. Sugar: as needed      
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Mix shamam pieces,, milk, condensed milk fresh cream and sugar in a juicer to get a smooth juicy mixture.
  • Soak china-grass in water for 10-15 minutes and melt it.
  • Pour the melted chinagrass to the above juicy mixture through a sieve, mix well ans allow to set in refrigerator.
  • After it sets well, garnish it with chopped wafer chocolates like kitkat or gems or chocolaty cornflakes or chocos.
Delicious mouth-watering Shamam pudding is ready. Garnish according to your choice and serve.
