Custard Apple Souffle Recipe


Custard apple is one of the lovely seasonable fruit. A dessert or drink with it is really yummy and mouth watering. We can easily remove its seeds using a mixer grinder in its pulse mode 3-4 times with little water or milk, then filtering it. Here comes recipe for delicious souffle with custard apple.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Custard apple: 1 kg ( 1 cup puree without seed reserving 1/4 cup cloves without seed)
  2. Fresh cream: 1 packet( 200 g)
  3. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin( as your taste you can add more or lower it)
  4. Dry fruits: 1/2 cup 
  5. Milk: 1/2 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Separate cloves with seeds and without seeds of custard apple one by one.
  • Keep aside those without seeds.
  • Now put those with seeds in a mixer grinder , add 1/2 cup of milk and operate the pulse mode 3-4 times.
  • Now sieve it to get fine puree by removing seeds.
  • Put custard apple puree, condensed milk, fresh cream together in a mixer grinder to get combined well.
  • Put on the reserved seedless cloves along with dry fruits of your choice and mix well.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Delicious, yummy Custard apple souffle is ready. Its simple and tasty.
