Grilled Prawns

Prawns are most lovable seafood. Here comes a recipe of grill in which prawns are just cleaned out without removing its shell ,are marinated with prepared spice masala and are grilled in a tawa. Its a simple recipe with few steps but tastes great.

Grilled Prawns

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Prawns(medium or big): 1/2 kg
  2. Garlic: 2 bulb
  3. Ginger: 1 piece
  4. Chilly powder: 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder: !/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
  8. Pepper powder: 2 tsp
  9. Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt: to taste
  11. Oil: as needed.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Cut the prawns in the middle in length just to open the prawns.
  • Wash and clean it.
  • Mix all other ingredients together using a mixer jar to a fine paste.
  • Marinate it with prawns for atleast 1 hour.
  • after that grill the prawns in a tawa.
Yummy mouth-watering grilled prawns are ready. Serve hot
